All Aramudi jewellery is shipped from New Zealand. All prices listed below are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We estimate delivery to take 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.

To make sure you receive your Aramudi safely and on time, please provide a secure daytime address. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes at present (sorry).
Upon dispatch you’ll receive an email confirmation with your delivery tracking number. This can be used on the DHL website to track progress. Please get in touch with your local DHL branch if you have any questions regarding your delivery.
You will be required to sign for delivery upon receipt. Shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
Taxes and import duties
Depending on the value of your order, some international orders may be subject to local taxes and import duties that vary by country. These costs are not included in the product price. Any customs charges for delivery must be paid by you upon receiving the parcel.
Lost or damaged delivery
We want to deliver your Aramudi pieces with as much care as we’ve taken to make them. As with most online purchases, we are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. Once the purchase has been dispatched you are the owner of the purchased goods. However, if for whatever reason your purchase does not arrive or is damaged upon arrival please get in touch within 15 days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you.
We appreciate buying such a personal item online can be difficult. Please reach out if you have questions or require assistance. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Aramudi purchase we can provide a credit note or exchange if you contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Please note the purchase must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. For all returns please include a prepaid express courier bag with the signature on delivery option.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings under any circumstances so please choose carefully and please do not hesitate to reach out for more information before making your purchase.
Please contact us within 24 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make changes to your order. For all returns please contact [email protected] with your name, address, details of the piece, the reason for return and whether you require a credit note, replacement or exchange. Please pack your returns carefully in the Aramudi travel pouch and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.

As with all online purchases, returns will not be processed if the goods have been damaged by you or in transit, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
