Refund Policy
If you feel your purchased jewellery item is not what you expected, please contact us immediately after receiving the item. We will review your query to discuss an outcome. Change of mind can't be refunded so please choose carefully.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 working days) so we can resolve the issue. Your jewellery piece is packaged in a jewellery case and we wrap our items to ensure they arrive to you in top condition.
We do not accept responsibility for damage while in transit however we can assist you with resolving the issue with the courier company.
