Returns/Faulty items
We happily accept returns on items that are in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed) for an exchange, credit or refund. Returns will be at buyers cost. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. All garment tags must be still attached to the item.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. You will receive your refund in 1-3 working days once your item has been through the inspection process.
