Wearable Knee Wheat Bag with adjustable velcro straps.

Heat or freeze and wrap around the knee area where you are feeling pain or discomfort to provide relief. There are three adjustable straps, simply wrap wheat bag around leg and fix middle strap then tightly fix the two outside straps to above and below the knee, this will allow you to continue to move about or sit and relax without the wheat bag falling off the affected area.
