TIGHTS ARE NOT PRE-STRETCHED. Cosmetic stitching needs to stretch and this makes a sound when you put them on for the first time. 

Cosmetic stitching makes the tights feel smaller than usual. With a wear and a wash these will relax and mould to your shape.

Refund Policy


Returns and exchanges are accepted on all full priced garments. If you wish to return an item they must be in their original, unwashed state with tags attached and must be returned with 14 days of arrival. This applies to website orders only.


Refunds on postage only apply to items that are faulty.
All returns and exchanges for International customers are at your cost.
All refunds will be processed via the method that was used to pay for the item.
If you wish to exchange an item please email me and return the item with the downloadable return sheet that we provide, stating which style, size, and color you require as well as with the original receipt.
The original order must be returned before the exchange item is processed and resent.

FAULTY GOODS
If you find the goods to be faulty please return within 14 days of arrival. Please identify on the return sheet what the fault is. I will either refund you or exchange depending on the customers wishes. Contact me for a return sheet.


AVAILABILITY
Sometimes technology lets me down and if the garment you ordered just walked out the door and the system hasn’t updated you will be notified immediately and I will endeavour to find a remedy for the situation. I will offer a solution, refund or store credit.

To file a return, please contact me and I will supply you with a refund form. All items require this form to be completed in full and present with the returned item in order to get a full refund or store credit.
