If at any time there are extremely high volume of orders, or there are issues with postal services that are beyond our control, delays may apply. Whiskey & the Bear will endeavour to keep you informed and will contact customers directly if this happens.
We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping to all domestic (New Zealand) orders, this includes multiple orders to the same destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Whiskey & the Bear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sarah@whiskeyandthebear.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unfortunately due to the personalisation of our Messy Mats, we do not accept returns.
Non personalised Messy Mats Whiskey & the Bear accepts returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If goods have arrived damaged, or the quality is deemed unsatisfactory then please email us as soon as possible at Sarah@whiskeyandthebear.shop with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
