Shipping – Within New Zealand
We only ship within New Zealand at present due to the COVID-19 impacts on overseas shipping rates.
How do we calculate your shipping?
We have a flat rate of $10 for shipping anywhere in New Zealand no matter where in New Zealand you want your products to be delivered, urban or rural or how many products you want shipped.
How do we ship your order?
We use NZ Post services for shipping your order.
Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes - if you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, we may contact you for an alternative delivery address.
When can you expect your order?
We aim to process and dispatch orders on the next business day of them being placed.
You should receive your order within a 2-3 business days delivery time frame, however if your address is a rural delivery please expect to add an additional 2 days to that time frame.
During busy sale periods and over New Zealand public holidays, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Delays can also be experienced during restrictions due to COVID-19. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

- Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Delivery charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.
Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents.
All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

We will refund the full value of the product if you return it within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. The returned product must be in a resalable condition. That is, the product must not be damaged by NZ Post in shipping and must not have a personalised message in it that cannot be reused for resale. Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving the returns and the refund will be for the full value of the product, however, will not include delivery costs.
We ensure all products are in good condition when shipped and do not accept responsibility for damage caused in shipping and delivery. However, we will assist with enquiries and claims with NZ Post.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. The returned product must be in its original packaging and condition. That is, the product must not be tried on or washed and the packaging cannot be altered. Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving the returns and the refund will be for the full value of the product, however, will not include delivery costs.
If the reason for returning the product is because it is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. In that case, we will send a replacement as soon as we receive the faulty product. The delivery costs involved in returning the faulty product and sending the replacement will be on us.
Although we aim to do our best, if for some reason you get your order and you realise that you got the wrong book for the desired reader, we will happily exchange it for you, with a refund or additional payment for the difference in price of the books. Please note we cannot do an exchange if the book you a returning has a personalised message in it (see Refund Policy). To exchange your product simply send us an email or give us a call and we will sort out the best solution for you.
