Shipping Policy
The time I need to finish and ship an item varies, although it is usually close to 3 weeks. Please let me know if you have a deadline for receiving the ring, as often I can work with you to make sure it arrives on time.
Refund Policy
I gladly accept returns or exchanges for manufacturing errors or defects. Since each ring is custom made with your fingerprint, I can not accept returns for other reasons.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel the order up until the point I start the casting process, which is usually 24 hours after you approve the final ring design. I will make sure to communicate with you clearly before I start the casting process.
