Shipping Policy
We currently ship mostly with Aramex/Fastway couriers. Feel free to email if you need an approximate shipping cost for specific items.
Our larger products we can ship via Main freight. We can source quotes for shipping for most products, however please note the final shipping cost is out of our hands.
If you wish to pick up an item, you can arrange a time via our fb page messenger or email.
Refund Policy
Once a custom item has been confirmed and started we are unable to refund this product. Please send images and measurements for custom products to ensure you receive exactly what you are wanting.
For non custom products we can refund the product, however we are unable to refund the shipping costs.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If a product has been damaged in the post, please email us pictures and we can discuss the available options with you. If the product is fixable, we will organise returning the product to us to be fixed, or we can organise a replacement for you.
Once a custom item has been started we are unable to cancel this order. We will start a custom order after confirmation.
