Description

The amazing Gyro-Cut® JUNIOR craft and hobby tool is designed to easily cut thin sheet materials such as paper, thin card, masking tape, vinyl, thin Mylar/acetate, photographs, tissue paper and foil. It is also perfect for cutting materials used in the hobby world, such as Oracover®, Oratex®, Orastick®, Solarfilm®, Solartrim® and Solartex®. This hand-held tool has a 360-degree rotating blade which enables you to cut very complex shapes easily and quickly. Unlike other craft knives, the Gyro-Cut® JUNIOR blade will not readily cut human skin in normal use and it is therefore very suitable for use in schools for younger craft and hobby enthusiasts. Adult supervision is recommended for those under the age of 10 years.

Applications include paper-cutting, decoupage, stencil-making, paper-crafting, artwork, graphic design, architecture, scrapbooking, signwriting using vinyl, and many other uses. Gyro-Cut® JUNIOR also has many applications in the world of model making. It will enable you to cut complex shapes out of vinyl covering materials to create your own decals and roundels.

Shipping Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our UK orders are sent by First Class or Special Delivery. All international orders are sent by ParcelForce which is tracked within the UK. If you wish to use any other service, couriers etc., please contact us by email ( info@monsterfx.co.uk ) so we can arrange priority services. Orders that have been sent by courier service or expedited shipping are not eligible for refund. All prosthetics are made in house and made to order, so stock is never an issue. This means that when we have taken payment for your items, we begin creating prosthetics specifically for you (orders which only contain bottled materials tend to ship almost immediately, subject to stock availablility).

HALLOWEEN – As we approach Halloween we receive around 10 times more orders than other time of the year, and so items may take a little longer to ship. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive, and make sure you order well in advance for your Halloween Party. We will ensure your item gets to you before your Party however as generally we send out orders the next working day.


Returns Policy: We accept returns on our items provided they are in their original packaging up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Orders that have been sent by courier or expedited shipping at the customers request are not eligible for refund.

Order Cancellation: cancellations on orders can be actioned any time prior to shipping – just contact us via email to info@monsterfx.co.uk

Expedited Handling/Shipping: Orders which are expedited at the customers request will incur a small additional charge for the order to be prioritised and shipped by the fastest possible service (these charges depend on size/weight of the complete order). We reserve the right to refuse refunds on orders that have been expedited, been given priority handling or otherwise been given special treatment in order to fit customers personal/professional deadlines. Please be aware that once your order has been passed to the delivery service, control of the delivery is out of our hands. Customers deadlines and schedules are not the responsibility of MonsterFX.

When shipping outside the UK, orders will pass through customs both in England and the destination country; customs in each country will have their own laws and regulations and can occasionally cause delays even to packages sent by services guaranteed by couriers.

Refund Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any items with open packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at will@monsterfx.co.uk. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at will@monsterfx.co.uk.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
