Description

This handmade unicorn mobile features gorgeous unicorns in fuchsia and white surrounded by clouds and stars.

They look great from every side as they are 3D and filled with
hypoallergenic polyfibre filling. Skillfully hand stitched each has
exquisite detailing like the horn, mane and eyes. 

The colours for the felt balls in this mobile are white, light marbled grey, graphite and fuchsia.

  • All animals, balls and shapes are made from all 100% wool felt
  • Includes over 1.5 metre string length for hanging
  • The mobile has a diameter of 25cm and is 45-50cm in height
  • Unicorns are 9cm high and clouds are 8cm wide and 5cm high
  • Felt balls are diameters of 1cm, 1.5cm, 2cm and stars are 4-5cm wide
  • Felt balls are secure but not knotted in place so you can customise the position if you wish

Shipping Policy

COVID-19 SHIPPING IMPACT

We are able to send our creations from New Zealand within our normal time frames however many countries are experiencing delivery delays internally so it may take a little longer than normal to receive your item than those shown below.

We've found that shipping to NZ is taking 1 - 3 business days (+3-5 for rural), Australia is taking 5 to 21 business days and to the US 5 to 28 business days.  Of course things are changing frequently so if you have any questions please contact us.

We will send tracking information so you can follow the progress and if you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us!

FREE SHIPPING New Zealand, Australia and US wide for Orders Over $150
flat rate of $7.50 to anywhere in New Zealand and $10 max to anywhere in Australia or the US. (Prices are in purchasers currency)

FAST DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse 1-2 business days after your payment is received.

Delivery NZ:  Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days via courier NZ wide with the exception of rural delivery which may require longer

Delivery AUS: Shipping usually within 2-5 business days

Delivery US: Shipping usually within 3 - 10 business days

We are happy to ship to any country, simply contact us and we’ll advise shipping rates.

DAMAGED

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us.

Returns

We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase and so we happily offer a 30 day return period in which you can return the product for any reason.

If the item and it's packaging are in original condition then we'll give a full refund no questions asked!

If an item is returned and it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned after the 30 days then we may issue a partial refund.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
