All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) . Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. Creative Cameleon  reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.​

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

I cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case I will also refund the cost of returning the goods. I recommend using a tracked service for any return as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility so please consider this for your peace of mind.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing details
For rings, please provide your ring size when ordering so I can be sure to make it just right, you can also tell me things like "just a tiny bit bigger then a 7" or "just a little smaller then size 8" & I will do my best to accommodate!

Care instructions
For wire wrapped pieces, please avoid getting it into water or large amounts of steam or humidity, it may begin to oxidize over time.
