Shipping Policy
For unframed prints, we package them on acid free tissue placed on a plastic sheet with folder.
For framed prints, we protect the corners and bubble wrap them for protection.
We offer shipping throughout New Zealand via a tracked courier delivery.
If you are in Wellington, we can offer pickup or meetup in Wellington CBD at no cost.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for customised or personalised prints unless items have been damaged. We will send out a soft copy of the finished product to your email before we deliver.
If an item has been damaged in transit, please take a photo or video clearly showing the damage and contact us within 3 business days.

For customised or personalised prints, we can accept cancellation a day after you placed your order. However, if we have already started processing your order, you cannot cancel your order anymore.
