Shipping Policy
Our current lead time on custom orders is 2-4 weeks to produce your order. All items in stock are shipped as orders come in. If you are after an urgent order or something customised please email us on rm.creations@outlook.com to discuss.
We use pass the parcel for delivery services.
- All goods are dispatched after careful inspection, Should any item gets damaged in transportation, claim can be done only with Freight company not with R&M Creations
- Some customer asks to leave their purchased goods at by entrance door or under shed, or under car port or garage or on deck etc., This is all customers responsibilities to make sure it is safe leaving goods at your requested spot. In the event of any unhappy circumstances (Stolen , Wet in rain etc), R&M Creations takes no responsibilities for all this.
Refund Policy
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind on a purchase. so please choose carefully.
If the product you have brought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumers Guarantee Act.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please note as I can't sell these on once printed there is a no return/refund. If any issues do occur, I will offer a 10% discount. Once orders are paid and confirmed cancellation within 24 hours is accept then there after there is no refund do to order stock for custom products. No exchanges.
