We package all of our unframed prints in acid free tissue placed in a protective tube for sending out via courier. Our framed prints contain corner protectors and are also bubble wrapped to offer the best protection during delivery.
We offer shipping throughout New Zealand for both framed and unframed prints. We are unable to ship any framed prints outside of New Zealand.
For Unframed Prints: All NZ 6-10 days. For Framed Prints: All NZ 10-14 days. All of our deliveries in New Zealand are signature required and tracked online, if you are not home at the time of delivery then a card will be left at your location.
We allow returns within 30 days of an order being placed, all prints must be returned in the original packaging and must not be damaged. Your returned order must also be via a tracked delivery service, as we can not replace lost or damaged items. We will then refund the original order price, excluding any shipping fees. Refunds are only completed when your original order is received.
