Each mask is distributed and printed in New Zealand by wahine who have been financially affected from Covid-19 and now have the ability to create and supplement their income.

Masks are made in a sterile, smoke and pet free home and pre packaged before shipped for extra protection. 

Featuring one layer of fabric, the masks are contoured to fit the face. 

One size fits most adults (size medium & large) due to the fabric being able to stretch 

Overtime these masks will stretch around the ears and won’t last as long as the 2 layer cotton range. 

Fabric only comes in black 

* Returns or Exchanges on Face masks will not be accepted due to safety and hygiene reasons.

**** Care instructions are on packaging of each mask. Cold hand wash and line dry is highly recommended.

Shipping Policy

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Native By Jess make deliveries in both New Zealand & Australia

If your delivery method is made by New Zealand Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.  If  another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed.  If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend..

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders do have tracking unless specifically selected not to be tracked

International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service.  If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love our products and enjoy your experience with us!

On this page, you will find details about how to exchange your purchases made online.

We will only process a refund if your order contained damaged or incorrect items. Firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience and are happy to provide you with either a refund or an exchange of goods available on our website. To be eligible for this service, you will be required to return the damaged or incorrect goods to our warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

  2. The returned items must be unworn and in the original packets.

  3. We do not offer product exchanges if you simply change your mind or refunds on masks due to covid.

If you request an exchange of goods, this will only be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above.

Please email your returns enquiry with all of the details listed above to  and we will endeavour to respond as swiftly as possible. 

 

Please note that mask can not be returned due to the virus unless they are faulty, colours depicted on the website may vary slightly to the actual mask due to differing screen tones represented on some personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices. Native by Jess accepts no responsibility for these variances and refunds will not be given for such differences.

 

If any of the above conditions are not met, nativebyjess.com.au the right to refuse the return. With all return enquiries, we endeavour to respond to you within 24-48 business hours.
