Earring care: With all of our earrings, we recommend removal for showers, swimming or any extended exposure to water or sweat. Polymer clay is flexible, but can break, dent or chip. Remove your earrings if engaging in rigorous activity. Avoid dropping or excessive pressure. Clean with a damp cloth. Pat dry. Please do not use rubbing alcohol or acetone, as it will eat away any design, coating and even the clay itself.

All my earrings are individually handcrafted so minor variations may occur with each item. My production times are normally 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping time. However, due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays beyond my control. All my items are sent in a New Zealand post courier bag/box and comes with a tracking number which is included in the shipping cost

We stand behind our workmanship! We do accept workmanship returns if one of our pieces breaks during shipping, we will repair/replace your earrings or jewelry. Before issuing a new piece of jewelry, we will ask for problem details and pictures of the earring and/or the actual jewelry to be emailed back to us. For both exchanges and returns, original shipping costs will not be refunded or credited back to the buyer.
Exchanges/Returns: Returns are accepted in the original condition and packaging. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of initial delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original jewelry must be received in its original state, including packaging. Once we receive and approve the return/exchange, we will issue a return or exchange. Exchanges will be issued in the form of a custom listing for a new earring(s) or item(s) within our shop. If the exchange is less than the original product price (original shipping excluded) we will leave a credit on your account for 1 (one) year after the original purchase date. We will message you a certificate with details. If you do not use the credit/balance, within that year, you forfeit the remaining balance. If the exchange is greater than the original product price, you will be responsible for paying the difference. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to purchase another set of earrings or item within our shop.
