We always abide by our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if you are not happy with your purchase, if it is faulty or is unusable for the purpose described.  We will refund or exchange your unused item within 7 days of receipt if returned undamaged to our Christchurch address.

Cancellations

Items may be returned in the same condition as they were received, items are to be returned through tracked courier at the customers cost.  Items can be returned if they are faulty, refunds are available, but will be less any processing costs.
