Shipping Policy

PoshTosh Ships within New Zealand Tracked for $6.00. For Rural Tracked however there is an additional cost and shopping is $7.00. 

Tracking numbers are sent out once items have been dispatched from PoshTosh. PoshTosh will not be responsible for any orders once Pass The Parcel have collected. Please note if there are any missing parcels full order amounts can be refunded from PassTheParcel.

PoshTosh  can only currently offer shipping to Australia untracked for $13.00.

Refund Policy

Refunds can be made for items if they are sent back to PoshTosh within 4 weeks of purchase. Unworn and tags attached. Items must ben sent back to 1/96c Quebec Road, Washington Valley, Nelson, 7010.

There are no refunds made for sale items, end of line items or outlet. 

I am also happy to do do resizing of products if need be. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

For exchanges items must be sent back to 1/96c Quebec Road, Washington Valley, Nelson 7010. I am happy to exchange or resize any products however this has to be within the 4 weeks time of purchase. 

Please note: Sale items cannot be resized or exchanged. This is due to dis-countinued wool lines that there may be on these older items. 

Returns are also welcomed however please check the policy for refunds in regards to 4 weeks return, none use, and tags attached.
