Shipping Policy
We ship orders from our headquarters in the Port Hills, Christchurch using New Zealand Post. Expect 3-5 working days for delivery but please bear in mind this may be longer dependent on the COVID-19 situation.
We ship all our orders using eco-friendly packaging.
As a small company we try to be 'transparent as' and super easy going. Any issues with a delivery and we'll send out another - simple as.
Refund Policy
If you do not like the product, send it back and we will issue a full refund or exchange the item. If this is due to a product defect we will pay the shipping, if not, you will pay the shipping.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Any trouble with an order, we will do our best to help you out. Our sizings are on point and we haven't had an item returned yet. If you do require an alternate size we are happy to exchange it for you, you will need to help us out with the return postage cost.
