seller does not offer Cancellation/Return/ Exchange on all premade products, due to the nature of the designs these items are made in smaller batches with limited number of copies. if product is faulty please refer to refund policy. 

for products being custom made, if they are canceled within 5 days of purchase the seller will  refund the customer (minus $10 cancelation fee). Custom items can not be Return/Exchanged.
