All crafty bits n bobs come with care instructions (If required), therefore you should look after the items with utter most care, but If you're funky purchase has been damaged through delivery we can discuss a way of fixing the issue. I'm always happy to help when appropriate.
Commissions: Prior to the start of a commission work there will be a lot of discussion and planning made between you (The funky customer)and I, to ensure I portray your dream accurately. Once the making process of a commission has begun there is to be no cancellations due to the amount of time and labour which goes into each piece.
Returns: Returns of work will be at the cost of the buyer, unless discussed otherwise.
