Due to the nature of the making process you may see slight differences in pattern and texture. Some glitter pieces have translucent sections. This is normal due to the hand making process and not a fault.
Although we try our absolute best to display our products as real in colour as we can, we cannot guarantee your computer screen shows what ours does, so some variation in colour may occur.

Shipping Policy
We currently offer Nationwide courier options for our shipping.
we have a flat rate of $5.60 for all urban addresses and $7.10 for rural addresses. We offer FREE local delivery in Blenheim.
Although we aim to get your order out the same day if purchased before midday, sometimes it may be collected the following day if the couriers are busy.
We use Pass the Parcel, and find most orders are delivered the next working day. There may be disruptions around busy times, and delays are expected during long weekends.
Although all our parcels are tracked, they are not always signed for even if we choose that option. They are however placed in a safe area by our courier driver. If a parcel has been sent to a rural address, it will come up as ‘delivered’ when it is passed over to your rural delivery driver. It will then be delivered usually the next day.
If your parcel is showing as delivered but you don’t actually have it, please let us know and we will get in contact with our courier company.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on our items due to health and safety.
We do not offer returns or refunds on any product that ‘wasn’t quite rite’ or ‘wasn’t what you expected’. We list multiple photos to show various angles, and list measurements so you know exactly what you are getting.

we use surgical steel which is fantastic for those with allergies. Although we know our earring posts are great for those with sensitive ears, we cannot guarantee you will not react. Please choose carefully if this affects you. Trying out a pair of studs firstly can be a great choice.
We cannot replace a product due to mishandling of the item. We do not offer replacements for wear and tear. We can however fix an item if you accidentally damage it, of your own accord at a small cost for shipping and supplies. Polymer clay is a great material to work with and has a rubber like flex to it. Please do not bend or play with your earrings as this may break your clay. Your earrings are designed to be worn as ‘occasional’ wear, meaning not to bed or in the shower.
If a product is faulty, we will offer a repair or replacement as soon as possible. If this is not an option due to limited stock etc, we will offer a full refund, minus any shipping costs.
