Shipping Policy
We can ship your Battle Box anywhere in New Zealand including rural addresses, and even better, there is no additional cost for delivery!
Please allow approx. 1 week for dispatch and delivery.
Please note, some handmade items that are not in stock need to be custom made, so if you select one of these your delivery could take an additional 2 weeks.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with the quality or condition of your Battle Box on arrival, please let us know as soon as possible. We will happily send you a refund or exchange if we agree there is an issue with the item/s.
If you need to cancel or change an order you've placed, and it hasn't been processed yet we will happily refund you. However, as soon as the courier has picked up your Battle Box order, unfortunately it's out of our hands.
