Description
Drinking water out of copper vessels dates back thousands of years. In the Ayurveda philosophy, it is thought that drinking water stored in copper has the ability to balance all three doshas in three body: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. When water is stored in a copper vessel overnight or for eight hours, a very small amount of copper ions gets dissolved into the water. This process is called Oligodynamic effect which has the ability to destroy a wide range of harmful microbes, fungi etc. Yogis in India have known of these beneficial properties and have enjoyed water the holistic way for many centuries. Copper cannot be produced within the body and needs to be sourced from external sources.
Copper is a long lasting natural material and can be recycled continuously without damaging the integrity of the product.
