Hey there Koko Lover. We want to make you happy so we do our very best to get orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order during the working week.

New Zealand

Shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of NZD$6.50 per order no matter where you live in the land of the long white cloud. Even better its FREE if you spend $65.00 or more!

Please allow between 1-3 working days to receive your parcel and make use of the tracking link that is sent to you on dispatch to follow up on its location.   If for some very sad reason your order fails to appear please email us hello@kokobody.com and we’ll sort it our for you x 

Worldwide

International shipping is at a flat rate of NZD$20.00 worldwide. This service usually takes between 7 – 21 working days.  It is an untracked service

Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy
We are happy to make a full refund to you if for the unlikely reason your Koko Body product is proven to be faulty.  To make a return and claim a refund, contact us at info@kokobody.com to have our customer service team help you out. Returns and Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving product.

Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.

We accept responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand but we need you to keep the damaged item so the courier company can see the damage. We offer an exchange or refund for damaged items through transit or if they have an inherent product defect, but we will need you to return the product in question to us so we can follow up with our suppliers.  You must notify us by phone or email within 7 days on receipt of a damaged product, otherwise, we may not be able to guarantee exchange or replacement. We cannot accept the responsibility of the product once delivery has been made.
