Shipping Policy

Available Shipping Options:

We offer a range of domestic shipping options. All of our orders will be shipped with courierpost and all will include tracking. Under normal shipping conditions Auckland orders can be expected next day, North island orders in 1-2 business days, and South Island in 2-3 business days. This may vary.

Shipping Costs:

Our range of shipping options has been designed with our customers in mind. Our aim has been to provide affordable shipping options for orders of all sizes. We have 3 sizes of courier bags for small-medium orders ranging from $5.99-$7.99. Courier tickets for larger orders up to 5kg are $7.99 Auckland, $8.99 for the North Island and $10.99 for the South Island. Large orders up to 20kg are $9.99 Auckland, $14.99 for the North Island and $19.99 for the South Island. All rural orders will incur an additional $5.99.

Handling Time:

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible. However, due to the perishable nature of some of our products we may not ship some orders on a Friday (Weekend will increase transit time) and instead wait until the following Monday. This may cause a slight delay but will insure that our perishable goods don't perish in transit.

Order Despatch:

Our courier picks up before noon. If you want same day despacth you will have to place your order in the morning, otherwise your order will be despatched the following day.

Covid-19:

Couriers have been experiencing delays due to covid-19, this has impacted our ability to process orders as we normally would. Orders that include perishable goods that are to be shipped outside of Auckland will only be despatched Monday-Wednesday.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

non-returnable items

Our perishable goods (food) are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exceptions
Our spice boxes and other non-food items are an exception, contact us within 10 days of receiving these items if you wish to apply for a return. They must be in as new condition with all original tags etc. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
