Shipping Policy
Gypsea Aprons use New Zealand Post track and trace for all shipping orders.
We endeavour to ship within 1-5 business days. Anything outside of this you will be contacted directly.
NB: Deliveries appear to be taking a little longer than usual possibly due to higher parcel volumes and Covid-19 delays.
All shipping is sent using New Zealand Post track and trace service. Tracking number will be emailed to you so you can see where your product is in the country.
Your address is verified through NZ Post system
No local pickup. Online ordering and deliveries only.
Cost of shipping is calculated on size using NZ Post calculations and charges
For standard shipping within New Zealand $5.10
For rural shipping within New Zealand $8.10
International shipping will calculate at checkout according to delivery address.
Refund Policy
- In the first instance please contact direct via email if there is any issue.
Gypsea Aprons will accept refunds, cancellations and exchanges if an error has been made in the shipping process or workmanship is found to be faulty.
All intention for refund, cancellation or exchange must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product through track and trace shipping.
Product must be returned with original packaging and proof of payment at the customers expense unless it is a workmanship issue
There is no returns or refunds for sale items
