COVID-19 SHIPPING IMPACT

We are able to send orders from New Zealand within normal time frames, however many countries are experiencing delivery delays internally, so it may take a little longer than normal to receive your item than those shown below.

We've found that shipping within NZ is taking 1 - 3 business days (+3-5 for rural), Australia is taking 5 to 21 business days and to the U.S. 5 to 28 business days.  Things are changing frequently so if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

FREE SHIPPING worldwide for Orders Over $150
A rate of $7.50 to anywhere in New Zealand for the first item, each additional item will be $1 extra (as shipping is based on weight).

FAST DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days after your payment is received.

Delivery NZ:  Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days via courier NZ wide with the exception of rural delivery which may require longer

Delivery AUS: Shipping usually within 2-5 business days

Delivery US: Shipping usually within 3 - 10 business days

We are happy to ship to any country, simply contact me and I’ll advise shipping rates.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase and so we happily offer a 30 day return period in which you can return any physical product for any reason. Digital products are unable to be returned or refunded.

If the item and its packaging are in original condition then we'll give a full refund (minus original shipping cost) no questions asked!

If an item is returned and it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned after the 30 days then we may issue a partial refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
