Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items are made to order and must be inspected upon collection. We do not accept cancellations or process refunds due to change of mind or circumstances once production has started. 

Upon inspection, if the product is deemed to be of unreasonable quality or faulty, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the item.

Once the item has been inspected and collected, it is considered accepted by the customer in its existing 'as is' condition and non refundable or exchangable.
