Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible online shopping experience, and do everything possible to get your BeakBox to you from our location "down under" in New Zealand. We work with established freight and delivery experts to carry our bird toys around the world.
Refund Policy
Lost and Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged item from us, please return the item to BeakBox by following the return instructions on the packing slip, and clearly marking "Damaged/Defective" when indicating the reason for the return. Provide comments if necessary. A replacement item will be sent to you (no delivery fee applies). Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of the item for your replacement to be processed. If we are unable to replace the item, a member of our team will contact you directly.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We must receive the product back within 30 days of purchase in order to issue a refund. Returns must contain 100% of original contents and not have any noticeable signs of wear. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are nonrefundable.
If you wish to return an item, please email us with your order number to let us know to expect your return
Please include either a copy of the packing slip or a note with your full name and your BeakBox order number. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, returns must be shipped with tracking to our mailing address, which will be provided after contact has been made with us regarding your return.
We will contact you with a return confirmation to the email you provided during your order. Please allow 10–12 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
