Shipping Policy
We will endeavor to get your party packages out to you within 14 days of purchase (at the most) provided there are no delays in shipping due to COVID or stock. If there is an expected delay you will be notified by email in order to change or modify your order to get it out to you earlier.
Please plan your party ahead of time as we can not guarantee delivery earlier than 14 days (at this time). If you require faster delivery and are in the Auckland region please get in touch to make sure that we are aware of the time and date of the party to make sure that you have everything you need in time.
Refund Policy
All returns will be given a full refund minus the cost of shipping provided all items are unopened and unused within the box.
Unused items can be returned for partial refunds.
No refund is issued if items are damaged or used
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 24 hour full cancellation policy, please email within 24 hours of your purchase to cancel your order. While we will try to give a full refund for change of time or circumstances this will be depending on stock order, created or items posted as to whether a full refund can be offered. If items are posted and returned a full refund minus the cost of postage can be given provide packaging is not opened or damaged.
Any items received that are damaged due to postage will be given a free replacement after evidence is supplied.
