Shipping Policy
Hi there, we are located in Waimauku and are happy for you to collect from us. If you would like your table sent to you, please send your clear physical address identifying if you are a rural customer, as rural deliveries cost more through shipping agencies.
We will advise on receipt of your physical address, amounts we are quoted for delivery to you.
We are not responsible for items once they are with the shipping agency, however we are happy to, on request, send photos of your item, package ready for delivery to you, and any tracking details.
Refund Policy
We will replace faulty goods only, as all tables leave us in new condition, and are all quality checked prior to packing by ourselves.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do not offer a cancellation/return or exchange policy. This is a small business run by a 12 year old boy, who makes these tables for kids by hand, and his mentor quality checks every one.
