Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you have entered your address. Please note that once your order has been despatched, we have no control over any delays that may occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. This tracking number will become active within 24 hours, once it has been collected by the courier.

Damages
Keto Store NZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take photos of the goods as you received them, and please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact the shipment carrier (CourierPost) to file a claim with them.

Due to the nature of our food products it is not possible for us to exchange or refund on items if you change your mind. We are unable to re-sell returned food products.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we are not obliged to refund if you have simply changed your mind, found a product we sell cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it. We will issue a credit note or refund only if the items are in a brand new re-sellable condition.

Any refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of purchase. Additionally, as part of the measures employed to secure your privacy, we will only refund to the same credit card account used for the original purchase. No refunds will be processed to any other credit card or account.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the product you have received, if you have received the incorrect product, or your order arrives to you damaged in transit* then please let us know and we will do our best to arrange a replacement product to be sent out as soon as possible. If we are unable to replace the product we will let you know and arrange a refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

*It is extremely helpful to us when dealing with courier claims if you provide us with an emailed picture of the damaged delivery, and we may request a photo from you for this purpose.

Next, contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
