Prints come wrapped in acid free packaging tissue paper and rolled inside a postal tube. I personally hand sign, number, & title each print.

NEWZEALAND
North Island Rate: Shipping within the North Island is $11.00 (Excludes Rural an added $3.90)
South Island Rate: Shipping within the south Island is $16.00 (Excludes Rural an added $3.90)

Standard flat rate of $18.00 across all states. This is using international small air parcel delivery, that aims to ship your order once processed in 10 days, however expect delays.
INTERNATIONAL
For those who live outside of Aotearoa NZ, a flat rate of $28.00 applies, using international small air parcel delivery that aims to ship your order once processed in 10 days, however expect delays from 2 weeks-2months due to COVID-19.
All Prints are rolled/packaged & sent in Postal Tubes Via NZ POST. We aim to have your order processed within 3-5 working days, as we get a Third party to do all our professional printing. Once sent orders take up to 3 working days to arrive Nationwide. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
Due to Covid-19 all international orders are expected to be delayed anywhere between 2 weeks - 2 months.
Unfortunately I cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
If your order is damaged during transit, Please contact me right away at Joshkiwikiwi.artist@gmail.com so that i may lodge a claim with NZ POST. Please make sure you hang on to your order and keep all the packaging it came in, and take photos.
On arrival i suggest you only remove your Print(s) from its postal tube once you have a frame all ready to put it in. Damages caused by your own personal handling of the print cannot be refunded.
Please Check your order carefully before purchasing as i want all those who have purchased my work to love what they have chosen. However If you wish to exchange do not hesitate to contact me within 24hrs of your purchase.
