Shipping
Your goodies are dispatched no later than 2 working days after we receive your order.
Standard shipping delivery timelines:
Couriers may experience delays so we always suggest expecting your parcel to arrive between 2- 4 days for delivery to major towns or cities
Expect an extra few days for rural delivery.
Any delays in receiving your goods don’t hesitate to contact the store.
Damages and issues
Should there be major damage through shipping, please let us know. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
Refunds and replacements
We may ask you to return the item and organise a courier label for you to use to return the item. We'll be in touch once we've received the returned item. Once we've assessed the item for defects or damage, we'll refund or replace the item (in agreement with you) - and will reimburse you for your return postage costs (if applicable) up to an agreed value.
Returns and exchanges
We package everything extremely carefully. But sometimes accidents happen on route to you. If this does happen please contact us (within 48-hours of receiving your goodies) with a photo of the damaged item including the packaging An exchange, refund or store credit will be issued at Soul Sister discretion.
We want you to be happy with your new goodies so if you want to return your items we will happily exchange, credit or refund you. Please email with a return request within 3 days of receiving your items and return within 7 days. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
