Shipping Policy
Most items will be unframed and will be shipped either in sturdy postal tubes or flat with protective backing board and labelled fragile to avoid damage in transit.
I can arrange freight for the larger Haulashore Framed Print from a professional framer who is fully qualified to package it to a high standard for safe transit.
Refund Policy
If it has been agreed an item can be returned once the item has been received back to me I will then action the refund back via the channel originally received. This usually takes 1-3 days.

I want you to be happy with anything you purchase from me to be able to enjoy the experience and savour it so if there is any problem please contact me to advise within 14 days of the purchase at sue@sueparryartworks.
Depending on what the issue is I am more than happy to discuss refunds/returns/exchanges. Sorry but I don't do returns/refunds for change of mind.
