All orders are booked with a courier for next-day pick up.

Please be aware my products are handmade and therefore each piece will have its own unique quirks or may not look exactly the same as the picture.

Please also consider there may be a slight colour variation between what you see and the actual product due to differences in screen colours.

Unfortunately, for these reasons we do not offer a refund.

I will honour a refund for any items found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind and cannot refund on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
