Shipping Policy

As all our items are in stock at the time of purchase we have a next day shipping policy on all items except customised good which need to be created. This means that once we receive funds the item will be packaged and the courier informed there is a pickup waiting.

Packaging

We will package all products as carefully as we can to get to you in good order. Should you order look damaged in any way during the transport process please document this damage with photographs of the exterior of the packaging and any interior packaging, as well as any damage to the product itself, and provide this information to us for assessment.

Customised items

All items that require customisation will require communication between PerfectpartiesNZ and the purchaser, this may be by email or phone. Delivery will be discussed and agreed and will depend on the purchaser providing the customisation details in a timely manner so that items can be produced, or proofs created for approval. Once proofs are approved (where required) or information is provided production will commence, from this point no refunds can be given.

We strive to make the delivery of all products as swift as possible but can not be held accountable for delays in the postal system so please order as early as you can to avoid dissapointment.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, customised items such as but not limited to, edible cake toppers or custom created cake toppers cannot be returned except where the quality of the item is inferior.

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We may require you send us your bank account number for the return of funds, this information will be deleted once payment has been made.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at perfectpartiesnz@gmail.com

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail/courier your product to: 21 Utauta Street, WGN, Waikanae 5036, New Zealand 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We're a small team of three doing our best to create something special for New Zealanders, and we stand behind our product 100%.  Please think carefully before deciding to make your purchase, as we do not offer refunds if you decide our product is not for you.  If your items are damaged please contact us at pappilionbleunz@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement.
