Shipping Policy
New Zealand Domestic
Standard Shipping - Shipping is currently free on orders over $80! For orders under $80, shipping is $4.95.
Once payment is received, delivery to non-rural locations is typically 1-2 business days. Rural delivery is available for a small, additional fee. Rural delivery is 3-4 business days. All shipments are trackable with New Zealand Post and require a signature on delivery.
For custom orders, delivery will be made following the completion of your items. You will be notified prior to to shipment.
Refund Policy
Refunds
If you are not with the item you receive, this can be returned at your expense for a full refund. All items returned must be in the same condition as when shipped and unworn. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags attached. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it. From receipt of your order you have 14 days to return your items with proof of purchase.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags, and where applicable hygiene stickers still attached. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met.

Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Dear Lu. If the item is deemed faulty, postage will be refunded.
We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. Dear Lu. is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked.
Any exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser for free.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please inform us as soon as possible. If your item has shipped, you will be refunded on the return of said items.
Custom orders can be cancelled at any time up until 1 week prior to your ETA. If you wish to cancel a custom order past this period, a 50% refund will be issued.
