1. Locate the activator button in your HotShotz heat pack. Use your thumb to firmly click and release the very center of the button on the side with the most metal showing. The heat pack will instantly crystalize and heat up to 130 ° right before your eyes.
2. Insulate the pack to prolong heat under clothing or in a towel or strap and use it for the duration of its heat for all of your therapeutic needs, outdoor activities or just to stay warm. The heat pack will eventually cool and become solid.
3. Wrap the pack in a dish cloth and carefully place it in a pot of boiling water. Continue to boil for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the size of the pack. Make sure that all crystals have completely melted in the pack. Use tongs to carefully remove the pack from the pot and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Your heat pack is now ready to activate all over again! WHENEVER AND WHEREVER YOU WANT!
